My dog has sensitive skin. Will your shampoo irritate her skin?

-We use only all natural Espree products that are specially formulated so that they are unlikely to cause skin irritation or allergies. We also carry a hypoallergenic shampoo for dogs with especially sensitive skin.

Why does my dog need regular grooming?

-Besides making them a bit more pleasant to cuddle, regular grooming is also good for your dog's overall health and well-being. Dogs that aren't cleaned regularly are more prone to fleas, mites that can lead to mange, and other infections. Nails that are too long can force your dog's toes out of position and be painful. They can also curl up into the foot causing discomfort.

Can I come in the van with my dog while he is groomed?

-For liability reasons, we cannot allow you into the van. Equally as important, if your dog is distracted by you and/or trying to get to you, he could accidentally get hurt. Dogs tend to act up a bit when they can see mommy or daddy. If you would like to see your dog at any time during the groom, we would be happy to bring him outside the van for you to check in with him.

Do you offer 'facials' that help with tear stains?

-In our experience, we have not seen any of these treatments that actually work.

How soon should I start grooming my puppy?

-Starting early with regular grooming is a good way to get your pet comfortable with the process, even if he doesn't exactly 'need' to be groomed yet. It will be less stressful on the dog when he is older because he is accustomed. I recommend waiting until your puppy is about 4 months old and after he has been vaccinated.
